Eating quality of pigeon meat

Doctors of traditional Chinese medicine recommend putting 30g medlar and 9g bark of eucommia into the belly of pigeons and boil them. What is more, it can cure lumbago, lassitude in loin and legs. It can get a good result within few days.

In addition, pigeon meat with deep fry is nourishing. Concrete operations are as follows: Wash the pigeon meat and remove moisture. Put pigeon into the wine with garlic juice to remove fishy smell. Then deep fry it in creeping fire to be golden and take it out. After that, dab on some garlic spread, and then it is ready for eating. You can eat sparrows and quails like this and they have same effect, but they are in poor relation compared with pigeons.
